Refund Policy

Refund Policy Effective Date: 01/08/2026 Apex Mobile Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) values transparency and fairness. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued for services and products purchased through our website, booking system, or payment processors. By booking a service, making a payment, or purchasing a product, you agree to the terms outlined below. 1. Services – Final Sale Policy Due to the nature of service-based work, all services are non-refundable once performed, whether partially or fully completed. Refunds will not be issued for: Dissatisfaction based on personal preference Labor already performed Time spent on-site Weather-related limitations Pre-existing damage, stains, wear, or material conditions Results limited by vehicle or property condition 2. Service Quality Concerns If you believe a service was not performed as agreed: You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion Provide a clear description of the concern and, if requested, photos or videos We reserve the right to re-perform or correct the service at no additional cost Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered if we determine that a material failure occurred and cannot reasonably be corrected. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Customer Cancellations Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a refund or service credit Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in forfeiture of any deposit No-Shows Failure to be present or provide access at the scheduled time is considered a no-show No-shows are non-refundable Company Cancellations If Apex Mobile Solutions LLC must cancel due to weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered: A full refund, or The option to reschedule at no additional cost 4. Deposits Deposits reserve your service date, time, and crew Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun Deposits may be refunded only if cancellation occurs within the allowed cancellation window 5. Products (If Applicable) If physical products are sold through our website: Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect Non-refundable items include: Used products Custom or special-order items Clearance or discounted items 6. Digital Products & Online Purchases All digital products, online bookings, and electronically delivered services are non-refundable once accessed or delivered, in accordance with FTC and standard e-commerce regulations. 7. Payment Processing & Chargebacks We do not accept chargebacks as a substitute for contacting us directly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Apex Mobile Solutions LLC may result in: Suspension of future services Submission of documentation to the payment processor Recovery of fees where permitted by law 8. Refund Method & Timing Approved refunds will be issued: To the original payment method Within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution Processing or transaction fees may be deducted where legally permitted. 9.
